Learning Justice is a Special Education Law Firm, compromised of experienced litigators who focus exclusively on Special Education Law. Our firm represents families in obtaining an appropriate education under the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the California Education Code.

Special Education Law is complex and can overwhelm parents. Often, school districts take advantage of parents who are unaware of their right and their children’s right.

Families often lose out on services their children are entitled to. Our job is to get the school district to listen to you and recognize your child’s needs and rights. Learning Justice attorneys are members in good standing with the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA) as well as the 317e Education Panel at the Edelman Children’s Court.
